- Revision: 1 revision round after the acceptance test. A new workflow is priced as an extra workflow, IDR 1,160,000 for 1 simple workflow.
- Cancellation: Cek Alur is free, and an invoice issues only after you agree to a package. You stop Rawat care with 30 days of notice.
- Data and access: the server, accounts, keys, and data stay yours. We use limited access and remove it at handover.
- Warranty limit: we guarantee that the workflow passes the agreed acceptance test. We do not guarantee a workflow with no errors, so we install approval gates and an activity log.

- An automated workflow is a chain of tasks that moves between apps with no retyping. Example: a WhatsApp message becomes a CRM lead, then a scheduled follow-up.
- Business lane
- A business lane is a group of linked workflows in 1 business area, such as lead follow-up. The Alur package takes up to 3 workflows from 1 lane.
- Approval gate
- An approval gate is a point that holds outgoing messages and data changes until an authorized person presses Approve. The AI cannot skip it.
- API

Does the AI send messages to my customers without my approval?
No, every outgoing message and every data change waits for your approval. The AI only reads, scores, flags, and drafts on its own, and the activity log shows the time, the action, and who approved it. After testing, you can relax each rule 1 by 1.
How long until the first workflow runs, and what must I prepare?
The Alur package runs in 10 working days, and the Jalur package runs in 15 working days. The day count starts when access and test data are complete. Prepare limited access to the linked systems, 20–50 real data samples, and 1 person who approves actions.
Who owns the server, the accounts, and the data after handover?
You own the server, the accounts, the keys, and the data after handover. The workflow runs in your own account, not on our server, so all of it stays yours from day 1. We use limited access during the work, and we remove it at handover.
What happens after the 30 days of support end?
The Alur package includes 30 days of support, and the Jaringan package includes 60 days. After that, Rawat care monitors your workflows and fixes errors each working day, from IDR 690,000 per month. Rawat has no minimum contract, and you stop with 30 days of notice.
How is this service different from AI Workflow Audit and OS Care Retainer?
AI Workflow Audit maps your work and ranks the priorities, but it does not build the workflows. This service builds, tests, and runs the workflows in your account. OS Care Retainer maintains AI agent systems, while Rawat care maintains only the workflows from this service, at a lower price.
How do WhatsApp follow-ups stay within the Meta rules?
Meta requires an approved template for a message outside a customer service window. We use templates that Meta approved, a daily send limit, and a stop list. We do not message contacts who refuse, and the approval gate holds every outgoing message.
What happens after I send Cek Alur?
