Local AI Server: the model and documents run inside the office, data stays inside
// problems we solve
Problems we often find.
Company rules forbid legal, finance, and HR documents from reaching AI services on the internet.
The model runs on a server inside your own network. We write the data path before setup: what stays in the office, and what may leave.
Your AI API bill rises every month and is hard to predict.
The assessment measures your real usage volume and compares it against server, power, and maintenance cost. The result uses your own numbers, not a guess.
You do not know which GPU or model to buy.
The model choice follows your workload and volume, then the hardware follows the model. You receive a specification list with ranges and reasons.
The server is already bought, but no one can maintain it.
Handover includes training for your IT team and a written procedure. Monthly care is available through OS Care Retainer.

Assess data, volume, and space
We record the data that must stay in the office, the tasks the model will run, and the daily volume. We also record the state of your server room, power, and network. We choose a model size, then write the hardware specification that follows it.
Output: An assessment report: the data path, the model choice, a hardware specification with ranges, and a cloud-versus-local cost comparison from your own numbers.Install runtime, model, access
Install starts after the hardware arrives. We install the runtime and model on your server. We build a knowledge base from approved documents, with access rules set per team. We harden the server: we limit network access and turn on activity logs.
Output: The model runs on your network; a knowledge base with access rules; a list of security settings.Run the benchmark and quality test
We measure tokens per second, response time under concurrent load, and answer quality on a question set from your team. We compare the result against the assessment target.
Output: A benchmark report: tokens per second, response time, quality-test results, and tuning recommendations.Train IT team and hand over
We train your IT team to monitor the server, run backups, update the model, and add documents. The SOP states daily, weekly, and incident steps.
Output: An SOP, final access rules, and a handover document.// what you get
A clear scope. Useful handover.

Ground rules
- Revision: 1 round of model and configuration tuning after the benchmark. A model or hardware change outside the assessment needs a new written offer.
- Reschedule: the install date depends on hardware arrival. A shift caused by hardware does not count as a cancellation, and completed work is not refunded on cancellation.
- Data and access: the server, model, knowledge base, and data stay yours. Our access stays limited to the written role and ends at handover.
- Warranty limit: we warrant the system runs to the benchmark report, not model answer quality outside the test set or vendor hardware durability.
What we guarantee
- We answer your message within 24 hours on a working day.
- Accounts, code, and data stay in your name from day 1.
- Every handover includes a test report or written notes.
- No renewal fee to Rama Digital. You pay domain, hosting, and third-party subscriptions to the vendor directly.
- A fixed price on this page is the price we invoice. A "From" price becomes fixed in the written quotation you approve.
// is this for you
Good fit for
- Your company rules forbid data from leaving the office.
- You have a server room or you can prepare one.
- You use AI every day at high volume.
Not a fit for
- You are new to AI. Choose AI Diagnostic.
- You accept AI services on the internet. Choose AI Agent Ops Install.
What you prepare
- A list of the data that must stay in the office.
- Details of the server room, the power, and the network.
- 1 person from your technology team.
What the price excludes
- Server hardware and vendor licences.
- Power and network costs.
How it differs: AI Agent Ops Install uses AI services on the internet, while Company Local AI Server runs the model inside your office.

A Rama Digital article of 27 April 2026 (updated 6 September 2026) gives 3 hardware classes. A 16 GB VRAM workstation (64 GB RAM, 2 TB NVMe) runs 4B–12B quantized models. A 32 GB VRAM office server (128 GB RAM, 4 TB NVMe) runs 4B–32B quantized models. A 48–96 GB VRAM enterprise class runs 32B–70B quantized models. The model choice drives the hardware, not the reverse.
Rama Digital, "Local AI server specifications for Gemma, OpenClaw, and a company knowledge base"Read 12 September 2026A Rama Digital article of 19 April 2026 (updated 6 September 2026) names 3 signs a company needs a local server. The first sign: AI starts to process internal SOPs, legal documents, and customer conversation records. The second sign: a knowledge base the team uses daily. The third sign: cloud cost is hard to forecast as users, documents, and requests grow.

Terms we use.
- Local AI server
- A local AI server is a server inside the company network that runs an AI model. Internal documents and conversations stay processed without reaching an AI service on the internet.
- Open-weight model
- An open-weight model is an AI model whose files you can download and run on your own server. Its size, for example 4B to 70B parameters, sets the GPU memory it needs.
- Knowledge base
- A knowledge base is a set of company documents prepared so the model can answer and name its source, with access rules set per team.
- API
- An API is the official door 2 systems use to send data to each other. Cloud AI uses an API on the internet; a local server offers the same API inside your network. See in the glossary
FAQ
What is Local AI Server for Companies?
Local AI Server for Companies runs an AI model on your own company server, not on an AI service on the internet. The price starts from IDR 99M. Work runs 2–6 weeks: needs assessment, model and runtime install, benchmark testing, then handover to your IT team with an SOP.
Is the hardware included in the price?
No. The price from IDR 99M covers assessment, install, benchmark, and handover, not hardware. The server, GPU, and vendor licenses appear as a separate line in the written offer, bought in your company name. Ownership stays with you from the start.
What hardware specification is typical?
Our article names 3 example classes: a 16 GB VRAM workstation for 4B–12B models, and a 32 GB VRAM office server for 4B–32B models. The third class is a 48–96 GB VRAM enterprise class for 32B–70B models. These numbers are examples. The final specification comes from the assessment of your own workload.
Which models do you usually install?
We install open-weight models: models whose files can be downloaded and run on your own server. Model size follows your workload and hardware, for example the Gemma family named in our article. The final model choice sits in the assessment report, not a fixed promise on this page.
How do you measure performance?
We measure 3 numbers: tokens per second, and response time when several people ask at once. We also measure answer quality on a question set from your own team. We compare these numbers against the assessment target, then write the result in 1 benchmark report you can check.
Does data leave the office?
This scope uses a local environment inside your office. We write the data path before install: what data stays on the server, and what data may leave when needed. Personal data we process still follows Law Number 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
What are the revision and cancellation rules for Local AI Server for Companies?
You get 1 round of model and configuration tuning after the benchmark; a model or hardware change outside the assessment needs a new written offer. The install date depends on hardware arrival, a hardware shift does not count as a cancellation, and completed work gets no refund on cancellation. The server, model, knowledge base, and data stay yours, and our access ends at handover. We warrant the system runs to the benchmark report, not answer quality outside the test set.
When does a local server make more sense than cloud AI?
Our article names 3 signs: AI starts to process sensitive internal documents, and the team uses a knowledge base every day. The third sign: cloud cost is hard to forecast as use grows. Our assessment computes the numbers from your own volume and cost. We make no saving claim before those numbers exist.
How long does the local server installation take?
Installation runs 2–6 weeks after your hardware arrives on site. The Week 1 assessment can start earlier, before you buy hardware, so the specification and model choice stand ready when the equipment lands. The exact length follows the model size and your server room.
How do I start Local AI Server?
Send the list of data that must stay in the office, and details of your server room and network. Add the name of 1 person from your IT team. We reply within 24 working hours with the assessment scope and a written offer. The final price follows the scope review.
