- Rescheduling: the start date shifts when server access or a channel account is not ready. Duration counts from full access.
- Ownership: the server, provider accounts, secrets, and conversation data stay yours. We remove our access when the 7 working day fix window ends.
- Warranty limit: we guarantee the agent and 1 workflow run at handover. Production readiness depends on the server and vendor bugs outside our control.

Are the VPS and the model API cost included?
No. The VPS or cloud account, model API usage, WhatsApp number or Telegram account, and third-party licenses stay separate from the IDR 6M price. You hold these accounts yourself, so each vendor bills you directly, not us. We help you pick a suitable provider before installation starts.
What VPS specification does Hermes Agent need?
The right VPS depends on your channel count, chosen model, and workflow load. We answer this during scope review, not with a fixed RAM or CPU number. Can you connect Telegram or WhatsApp?
Yes. We connect 1 main channel, Telegram or WhatsApp, based on your choice, then test inbound and outbound messages before handover. Other channels Hermes supports, such as Discord, Slack, Signal, or email, can be added as a separate scope. You keep control of that number or account yourself.
Which Hermes Agent version do you install?
We install the newest stable version on the day work starts, after we read its release notes and known bugs. For example, v0.21.2 shipped on 11 September 2026 and fixed a duplicate-lock bug and healthy databases wrongly reported as corrupt. We record the installed version number in the SOP document, so you know exactly what runs on your server.
What happens when Hermes ships a new version after handover?
We write the upgrade order in the SOP: back up data, stop the gateway, run the upgrade, then retest your workflow. You or your team run these steps yourselves, on a schedule you choose. You may want us to run upgrades and monitor the system on an ongoing basis. That scope belongs to OS Care Retainer, not this installation service.
Is Hermes Agent safe for production right away?
We install an access baseline, store secrets the way Hermes expects, and test 1 workflow at handover. Full production readiness still depends on your server condition and your internal access policy. It also depends on bugs that may surface from the Hermes vendor itself, outside our control. We write this limit clearly in the SOP and the service rules.
How is this different from AI Agent Ops Install and the OpenClaw Installation Service?
AI Agent Ops Install helps you choose an agent product, then sets access rules and audit logs for 1 or more agents. Hermes Agent Installation Service installs Hermes Agent only, for a buyer who already chose that product. The OpenClaw Installation Service follows the same pattern, but installs OpenClaw with its own gateway and access limits, not Hermes.

Installation takes 2–5 working days once server access, the provider account, and 1 workflow to test are ready.
