Problems we often find.
Merchant Center disapproves your products, and you do not know why.
We read the status of each product, split policy issues from data quality issues, then fix the missing attributes.
The price in your feed does not match the price on your product page.
We match price, stock, and images between the feed and the page before we submit products for review.
Your Shopping campaign runs, but purchases do not show up in reports.
We install purchase conversion tracking in Google Ads and GA4, then test it with a sample transaction.
No one on your team knows how to run Merchant Center.
You receive an SOP and a handover session, so 1 person on your team can run the account after 2 weeks.

Ground rules
- Revision: feed fixes continue until products pass the data quality review within 2 weeks. We do not control policy rejections, such as banned products or an incomplete page.
- Reschedule: the 2 weeks start once you grant Google access and send a complete product list. Google sets the review time. A cancellation before day 1 costs nothing.
- Data and access: the Merchant Center account, Google Ads account, and feed stay in your name. We use user access, then remove it after handover.
- Warranty limit: we guarantee setup completion and product submission for review. We do not guarantee approval from Google, ad position, or sales.
What we guarantee
- We answer your message within 24 hours on a working day.
- Accounts, code, and data stay in your name from day 1.
- Every handover includes a test report or written notes.
- No renewal fee to Rama Digital. You pay domain, hosting, and third-party subscriptions to the vendor directly.
- A fixed price on this page is the price we invoice. A "From" price becomes fixed in the written quotation you approve.

FAQ
What is Google Shopping Setup and what does it cost?
Google Shopping Setup is a Rama Digital service. It prepares your Merchant Center account, the product feed, 1 Shopping or Performance Max campaign, and conversion tracking. The fixed price is IDR 7.5M for 2 weeks of setup. The service ends at setup and handover. You run the account after that, and daily management is quoted separately.
What do my products need to appear in Shopping?
Each product needs a public page with a clear price, stock level, and image. Your feed data must match the data on that product page. Images need at least 100×100 pixels, or 250×250 for apparel, with no promotional text over the image. We check the required attributes and fix any gaps before we submit the feed for review.
Is ad spend included in the price?
No. The IDR 7.5M setup fee covers Merchant Center, the feed, and the campaign, not ad spend. You pay ad spend directly to Google Ads, at a budget you set yourself. A third-party feed tool subscription, if you choose to use one, is also billed apart from this setup fee.
How does this differ from Digital Marketing Setup?
Google Shopping Setup prepares 1 path: Merchant Center, the product feed, and a Shopping campaign. Digital Marketing Setup prepares several channels at once: a landing page, tracking, Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, and lead management. Choose Shopping Setup when you only need products shown in Google Shopping results. Choose Digital Marketing Setup when you need more than 1 ad channel.
Who runs the campaign after setup?
Your team becomes the operator after handover. You receive a written SOP and a 45-minute handover session for 1 person on your team. We remove our access from the Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts once handover is complete. Daily management, including routine budget and feed changes, is quoted separately from this setup price.
How soon do products appear in Shopping after setup?
The feed and campaign are ready within 2 weeks, once you grant access and send a complete product list. Google sets the Merchant Center review time, usually up to 3–5 business days per product. An approved product appears in Shopping results. A disapproved product goes back for another fix, unless the reason is a store policy issue.
Why do products get disapproved, and what do you fix?
Disapproval has 2 kinds: policy and data quality. A data quality issue usually means the price or stock in the feed does not match the product page. It can also mean a required attribute, such as an image or brand, is missing. We fix all of that. A policy rejection, such as a banned product or a page that fails store rules, sits outside our control and needs a change from you.
Do you set up a Shopping campaign or Performance Max?
We set up Performance Max for most stores, since Google then runs Shopping ads alongside other formats from 1 campaign. We set up standard Shopping ads when you want more detailed control over products and placement from the start. We decide this together with you on day 9–12, before we build the campaign.
What are the revision and cancellation rules for Google Shopping Setup?
Feed fixes continue until products pass the data quality review within 2 weeks; a policy rejection stays outside our control. Cancellation before day 1 costs nothing. The Merchant Center account, Google Ads account, and feed stay in your name, and our access ends after handover. We guarantee setup completion and product submission for review, not Google approval or sales.
I have no online store yet. Where can I start?
Google Shopping needs a public product page with a correct price and stock level. If you do not have that yet, start with E-commerce Development to build the storefront and catalogue first. Once your product pages are ready and open to the public, send us your brief, and we continue with Google Shopping Setup.
