E-commerce Build: 1 store, 3 modules, order and customer data that you own

// problems we solve

Problems we often find.

Marketplace commission, vouchers, and program fees cut your margin, and you never own the buyer data.

We build your store on your own domain. Your catalogue, orders, and buyer data stay in your own system.

Orders arrive by chat, an admin logs them by hand, and stock or price errors follow.

The catalogue, cart, and checkout use 1 source for price and stock, with an admin SOP for each order.

Buyers leave at checkout because the shipping fee is unclear or an account is forced.

Checkout shows the shipping fee before payment, with no forced account, and a payment gateway or WhatsApp checkout option.

Ads point to the store, but purchases go unrecorded.

We install GA4, Pixel, and CAPI on the view-product, add-to-cart, and purchase events.

Week 1

Scope and store map

We set the catalogue structure, order flow, payment options, shipping fees, and admin roles.

Output: A store map and a starting product list you approve.
Week 1–2

Storefront and catalogue

We build the homepage, categories, product pages, and search, then load the starting catalogue.

Output: A preview link with the starting catalogue.
Week 2–3

Cart, checkout, and payment

We build the cart and checkout, then connect a payment gateway or WhatsApp checkout per the agreed scope.

Output: A test transaction that clears from cart to paid status.
Week 3–4

Tracking and admin SOP

We install GA4, Pixel, and CAPI on store events, then write the SOP for orders, stock, and returns.

Output: A tested event list and an admin SOP.
Week 4–5

Test, revise, launch, handover

We test on phones, run revisions, launch on your domain, and train your admin.

Output: A live store, documentation, and a 60-minute handover session.

  • Every handover includes a test report or written notes.

// is this for you

Good fit for

  • You want your own shop, not only a marketplace stall.
  • You want the buyer data to stay yours.
  • You have products and photos ready to sell.

Not a fit for

  • You only need 1 offer page. Choose Landing Page Service.
  • You need an application for internal work. Choose Web Application Development.

What you prepare

  • The product list with price, stock, and photos.
  • A payment account or a WhatsApp order number.
  • 1 admin who handles orders.

What the price excludes

  • Third-party payment and shipping fees.
  • Ad management.

How it differs: Google Shopping Setup shows your products on Google, while E-commerce Development builds the shop.

FAQ

What is E-commerce Development, and what does it cost?

E-commerce Development builds an online store on your own domain: a storefront, catalogue, cart, checkout, a payment gateway or WhatsApp checkout, and tracking. The fixed price is IDR 18M for 3–5 weeks of work. You get a live store, admin access, and handover documentation. The buyer data and the store code belong to you, not to the marketplace.

Is a payment gateway included?

A payment gateway connection is part of the scope, matched to the number of payment methods you choose when the store map is agreed. Transaction fees from the payment gateway vendor and shipping costs are billed apart, outside the IDR 18M price. If you choose WhatsApp checkout with no payment gateway, that connection still falls inside the same scope.

Can the store use WhatsApp checkout with no payment gateway?

Yes. The store can use WhatsApp checkout as the main order path, with no third-party payment gateway. A buyer picks products, fills the cart, then sends the order through WhatsApp for manual payment confirmation with your admin. This path fits a team not yet ready for a payment gateway, or a team that takes bank transfer only today.

Who owns the buyer data and the store code?

You own the store code, the domain, the catalogue, and the buyer data. This ownership is stated in the scope and confirmed again at handover, at the end of the project. We hand over full admin access, so your team can move, manage, or change the store with no dependence on us after the project ends.

What is the difference from Landing Page Build?

Landing Page Build delivers 1 offer page with a form or a WhatsApp button, with no catalogue and no checkout. The price is IDR 4.9M for 7-10 working days. E-commerce Development builds a full store with a catalogue, cart, checkout, and payment for many products. Pick this service when you sell more than 1 product through your own store.

Why build a separate store if sales are already strong on a marketplace?

A marketplace cuts commission, internal ad fees, and program fees on every order, so your margin shrinks even as sales grow. The buyer data also stays with the marketplace, not with you, so you cannot manage past buyers directly. Your own store keeps buyer data in your system, so you can run retargeting and a loyalty program with no dependence on 1 platform.

How long does the build take, and when does the clock start?

The build runs 3–5 weeks. The clock starts once your product list, photos, prices, stock, and a payment account or WhatsApp order number are complete. If these items are not ready, the schedule waits until we receive the complete set. The last week covers phone testing, revision, and handover to your admin.

How many products are loaded during the build?

The starting catalogue uses the product list you send before the build starts, complete with price, stock, and a photo for each product. We load that list into the storefront during the catalogue stage. A new product beyond the starting list, or new description writing, is quoted apart from the IDR 18M price. Assign 1 admin to check the catalogue before launch.

What are the revision and cancellation rules for the store build?

You get 2 rounds of design revision and 1 round of checkout-flow revision before launch. A new feature outside the agreed store map is quoted apart from the starting price. Cancellation before week 1 starts carries no fee. Cancellation after work starts bills the stages already finished, based on the recorded project progress.

The store is live. What is the next step?

Once the store is live, your admin runs the order, stock, and return SOP we wrote at handover. You can add new products yourself through admin access, or request further help, quoted apart. To bring buyers to the store, you can add Google Shopping Setup, or run ads through our Meta Ads management service.
