Ground rules
- Revision: we take your feedback at every 2-week demo. A new module outside the Peta Proses scope is priced as an extra module, IDR 14,000,000 for 1 standard module.
- Payment and cancellation: you pay the Peta Proses up front, and we credit it in full if you continue within 30 days. You pay the build 30% at the start, 40% after acceptance, and 30% after go-live.
- Data and access: the code, the data, and the server are yours. After full payment, we hand over the source code, the documentation, and the server access.
- Warranty limit: the bug warranty runs 90 days after go-live. AI agents only make drafts, so an authorized person still approves before posting.

- AI-native ERP
- An AI-native ERP is an enterprise resource planning system that designs AI agents as part of the flow. An agent reads documents and makes drafts, then an authorized person approves.
- Peta Proses
- A Peta Proses (Process Map) is a paid 1–2 week job before the build. It gives a blueprint, a fixed price, and a schedule, and we credit its fee in full if you continue within 30 days.
- AI agent
- An AI agent is a program that uses an AI model to do tasks through tools. In this ERP the agent only makes drafts, and the system calculates figures from real transactions. See in the glossary
- Approval
- Approval is the step where an authorized person, such as a finance manager or a warehouse head, accepts an agent draft before posting. A posting that entered the books cannot be deleted.

What does the Peta Proses include, and why must I pay for it?
The Peta Proses is 1–2 weeks of work before the build. We interview up to 8 key people, map the current and target process, check the data quality, and write a blueprint of modules and AI agents. You get a fixed price, a schedule, and a server cost estimate. You pay up front, and we credit the full fee if you continue to build within 30 days.
Can an AI agent change the figures in the books?
No. An AI agent only reads documents and makes drafts. The system calculates balances from real transactions, and an authorized person, such as a finance manager or a warehouse head, approves before posting. Every agent action is logged: who, when, and the source document. A posted transaction cannot be deleted, and a correction uses a reversing entry.
Who holds the code, the data, and the server after handover?
You hold all of it. After full payment, we hand over the source code, the documentation, and the server access. Your company data stays yours from day 1, and you pay no per-user license. If you want us to look after the system, Rawat ERP care is available with no minimum contract.
How ready is the system for Coretax?
The system makes invoice and withholding data in the Coretax import format, and tax data is part of the finance module in ERP Inti. Since 8 November 2025, invoice changes in e-Faktur Desktop no longer sync to Coretax, so replacement and cancelled invoices are made in Coretax. We check the latest format during the Peta Proses and update the tax format through Rawat ERP care.
If my company already uses accounting software, must every module change?
No. The Peta Proses decides which modules we replace and which we connect to your system. If you only need AI agents on top of an existing system, pick MCP Server Development Service or AI Business Process Automation Service, which are smaller and faster. If the old system blocks sales, stock, and finance at the same time, ERP Inti fits better.
Which costs sit outside the package price?
Four costs are paid separately. First, cloud servers and AI model usage, billed by usage, with an estimate that we write in the Peta Proses before you decide. Second, bank or provider fees for direct integrations. Third, hardware such as printers, scanners, and cash registers. Fourth, third-party software licenses.
What if a bug shows up after go-live, and what does Rawat ERP care include?
We fix bugs at no cost for 90 days after go-live. After that, Rawat ERP care covers bug fixes, tax format updates, monitoring, and a daily data backup, plus 10 hours of small changes each month for ERP Inti and 16 hours for ERP Utuh. The price is 15% of the build price per year, paid monthly, with no minimum contract.
