Who should join, and what should we prepare?
HR staff, division heads, and any staff who already use AI without shared rules should join. Prepare 3 things. Send a participant list with each person's division and 2 real tasks to train on. Provide a training room with an internet connection. We use sample data during practice, not your real company data, so you do not open internal system access.
Is the price per participant or per batch?
The price is per batch, not per participant. The Class package, at IDR 9.8M, covers up to 15 staff in 1 price. The Workshop package, at IDR 19.8M, covers up to 20 staff in 1 price. You do not pay per head, so adding participants up to the package limit adds no extra cost.
Can the session run onsite or online?
Yes. The onsite or online format follows your team's needs and location, and we write it into the offer before we schedule the session. An onsite session outside our agreed area adds a separate trainer travel cost. An online session uses a standard video call, so you do not need to buy extra tools.
Does the practice use our company data?
No. Practice uses sample data we prepare, not your real customer data or internal documents. You only need to describe the 2 real tasks you want to train on; we build examples that copy that work. We write the data and review rules together during the session, and the materials and recording become your company's property after handover.
Is the AI tool subscription fee included?
No. The AI tool subscription is a separate cost for your company, because the account and its data stay yours after training ends. We provide the practice session, the workflow, the data rules, the materials, and the recording. Your company also provides the training room and the internet connection, from a list we send before the training day.
What happens if participants exceed the package limit, or the schedule changes?
The Class covers up to 15 staff, and the Workshop up to 20 staff. When you have more participants, we split them into more than 1 batch; the batch count and schedule go into the offer. Rescheduling costs nothing when you tell us at least 3 working days before the session.
How do we start, and how soon can the session run?
Send us your participant list, divisions, and 2 real tasks through our brief form. We reply within 24 working hours with a Class or Workshop choice and a draft agenda. Once you approve the agenda, we build the materials over days 4 to 7. The training session can run the following week, depending on your team's schedule.
