// problems we solve

Problems we often find.

Content goes out only when someone finds time. 5 posts one week, none the next.

1 content calendar with columns for date, pillar, format, owner, and status. The plan covers 2 weeks in detail and 1 month in outline, filled in every week.

1 article ships, then work stops. No version exists for other channels.

Repurposing: the agent drafts versions from 1 source for each channel, inside that channel format limit, for example a thread, a caption, and an email. A person checks every draft before release.

Content goes out with no review. Wrong numbers and banned claims slip through.

An approval flow: draft, reviewer check, revision, release. The agent does not publish without approval and without the written access limits you set.

You do not know how much content gets made, revised, and released each month.

A monthly production report: the count of briefs, drafts, revisions, and releases per channel, plus content that missed its deadline.

Week 1

Audit channels and pillars

We read your channel list, content from the last month, and the name of your approver. We set content pillars, the format for each channel, and the release rhythm.

Output: A pillar-and-format map per channel, and an approved empty calendar.
Weeks 2–3

Calendar, briefs, repurposing

We install the content calendar and agree on a brief template. The agent starts drafting briefs and repurposed versions inside each channel limit. We fill the first 2 weeks of content together.

Output: The first 2 weeks of content scheduled, the brief template, and the first repurposed drafts.
Weeks 4–5

Install approval and reporting

We install the approval gate: draft, reviewer check, revision, release. We write the publishing access rules. We build the first production report after 1 full weekly cycle.

Output: A running approval flow, and the first production report.
Week 6

Train the team and hand over

Content creators and approvers learn to run the weekly cycle. The SOP states the rhythm, the agent limits, and how to read the report. Handover follows 2 completed weekly cycles.

Output: The SOP, final access rights, and a calendar for the next month.

A content calendar is a content schedule with columns for date and time, pillar, format, asset ratio, owner, and status. Teams use it every week; they do not build it once and stop.
Repurposing
Repurposing means making several versions from 1 content source for different channels. For example, 1 article can become a thread, a caption, and an email, each inside its own channel limit.

FAQ

What is OS Module: Content Ops?

OS Module: Content Ops is a Rama Digital system for content calendars, briefs, repurposing, and approval. Price starts from IDR 12M, and setup takes 3–6 weeks. You get a content calendar, a brief template, repurposed drafts per channel, a written approval flow, and a monthly production report. The agent drafts content; your approver still reviews it before release.

Does the agent publish content?

No. The agent drafts briefs and repurposed versions for each channel, but it never publishes on its own. Every piece moves through an approval flow: draft, reviewer check, revision when needed, then release. Publishing access stays written down and stays with the approver you name, not with the agent.

Which content formats are supported?

We set the format list with you at kickoff, based on your channels. Common examples include text such as articles, captions, threads, and emails, plus images built from a template and video scripts. Photo and video production itself falls outside this scope. Repurposing follows the limits of each channel, such as character count and link count.

How does Content Ops differ from AI SEO and GEO Training?

AI SEO and GEO Training teaches your team to run its own content and search workflow. It starts from IDR 7.5M for 4 sessions across 4 weeks. OS Module: Content Ops installs a running calendar, briefs, repurposing, and approval instead, so your team never builds the system itself. It starts from IDR 12M, with setup over 3–6 weeks.

Who from my content team must take part?

You need at least 1 content creator and 1 approver who signs off before release. During setup, both spend about 2 hours a week. They fill the calendar, share content examples, and check the first drafts, until the weekly cycle runs on its own.

How many channels are included?

The catalogue sets no fixed channel count, since every business runs a different number of channels. We write the channel count into the scope after we read your channel list and content examples. Channels added later go into a separate written offer, never added without your approval.

How does repurposing respect each channel limit?

Every channel carries its own length and format rules. Threads, for example, limits a post to 500 characters and 5 unique links. When drafting a repurposed version, the agent trims and rebuilds the source text to fit the target channel. The approver then checks the result before release.

What does the production report contain?

The monthly production report counts briefs, drafts, revisions, and releases per channel, plus content that missed its deadline and who approved each release. It shows whether the weekly cycle stays on schedule; it is not a reach or engagement report.

How do I start Content Ops?

Send your channel list, content examples from the last month, and the name of your approver. We reply within 24 working hours with a scope and a 3–6 week schedule. The final price, from IDR 12M, goes into a written offer after we review your need.

What if I need a revision or a schedule change?

You get 1 revision round for the brief template and the approval flow after the first 2 weekly cycles. You can reschedule kickoff or training at least 2 working days ahead. Work already done does not get refunded on cancellation, and later scope changes go into a new written offer.
