- Revision: you approve each description and post before it goes live. You get 2 revisions per post. A 3rd revision counts as an extra post.
- Contract and cancellation: a monthly package runs at least 3 months. After that, you can stop with written notice 7 days before the new month.
- Data and access: you stay the primary owner of the profile. We use manager access, and we remove it within 7 working days after you ask.
- Warranty limit: we guarantee the work, the reply time, and the report. We do not guarantee rank, verification, or appeal results, because Google decides them.

How long does a monthly package contract run?
A monthly contract runs at least 3 months. We use the first month for the baseline and the profile fixes. After 3 months, you can stop with written notice 7 days before the new month. Payment for 6 months in advance gets a 10% discount, and payment for 12 months gets a 15% discount.
Who owns my Google profile while the contract runs?
You stay the primary owner of the profile. We only use manager access, and we change the profile with your approval. Every month we send a change log. When you stop, we remove our access within 7 working days, then we hand over the photos, message templates, review QR code, and the last report.
How does the Bali Tourism package work for hotels, villas, and restaurants?
The Bali Tourism package costs IDR 1.45M per month. It includes everything in Grow, plus a profile and posts in 2 languages, replies in the language of the reviewer, and Tripadvisor, Bing Places, and Apple Business Connect. For villas, we build the profile of the management office, because Google does not allow a profile for 1 rental unit.
What happens if my Google profile gets suspended?
We handle 1 recovery case for IDR 640,000. We find the cause within 2 working days, prepare proof of your business, then send an appeal through the official Google channel. Google decides the appeal, usually within 5 working days. We do not guarantee that the profile comes back, and we do not make a new profile during the appeal.
Until when do the Google Maps promo prices apply?
Promo prices apply until 31 December 2026. A contract that starts by that date keeps the promo price while it runs.
