AI Implementation Roadmap: a 90-day plan with a review every 30 days
// problems we solve
Problems we often find.
Management asks for an AI plan. You have a list of ideas, not an order.
The roadmap sorts use cases into 30, 60, and 90 day blocks. Each order carries a written reason.
Each department names a different owner for the work.
Each milestone has 1 owner, 1 date, and 1 result you can check. The resource plan states who does what.
You have no rule for AI data access or approval.
The roadmap writes a governance baseline: data limits, actions that wait for approval, and required activity logs.
The AI plan from last year stopped after month 1.
Each 30 day block ends at 1 decision point: continue, fix, or stop. We set acceptance criteria before the test starts.

Read the problem, set criteria
We read your audit result or problem list. We interview the decision owner and the workflow owners. We set acceptance criteria for the 90 days.
Output: An agreed problem list and written acceptance criteria.Set the 30/60/90 day order
We sort use cases into 30, 60, and 90 day blocks by risk and data dependency. We write a quick-win list your team can run without AI.
Output: A 30/60/90 day roadmap draft and a quick-win list.Write resources, data, and rules
We write a resource plan with names, roles, and hours per week. We write a data plan with sources, owners, and limits. We write the governance baseline.
Output: A resource plan, a data plan, and a governance baseline.Management review, handover
We present the roadmap to your management. We apply 1 round of correction. We hand over the final document with milestones, owners, dates, and cost estimates.
Output: A final roadmap PDF and an editable milestone sheet.// what you get

Ground rules
- Revision: 1 correction round after the management presentation. Extra rounds appear in the written offer.
- Rescheduling: you can move an interview or presentation up to 1 working day before it starts. Work already done does not return if you cancel.
- Data and access: we read your workflow documents, not your customer data. The roadmap and its attachments belong to you.
- Warranty limit: we guarantee the format and completeness of the document, not a business result or how fast your team runs the roadmap.

A Rama Digital article of 6 September 2026 splits a 90-day AI plan into 4 stages. Days 1–15 cover diagnosis. Days 16–30 set up data and owners. Days 31–60 run 1 controlled test with human review. Days 61–90 bring a continue, fix, or stop decision, against acceptance criteria written before the test.

- 30–90 day roadmap
- A 30–90 day roadmap is a document that orders AI work into 3 blocks of 30 days. Each block carries milestones, owners, dates, and 1 decision point.
- Milestone
- A milestone is 1 result you can check on 1 date, for example "the daily report agent runs on test data". The roadmap states milestones, not intentions.
- Governance
- Governance is a written limit for AI: the data it may read, the actions that wait for approval, and the activity log it must keep.
- AI agent
- An AI agent is a program that runs a work step on its own, inside limits you set. The roadmap states when the first agent may start. See in the glossary
FAQ
What is AI Implementation Roadmap?
AI Implementation Roadmap is a service that sets a 30 to 90 day AI plan for your company. We work for 2 to 4 weeks at a fixed price of IDR 15M. You receive a use-case order, a resource plan, a data plan, a governance baseline, and milestones with clear owners and dates.
How do the roadmap, the audit, and the installation differ?
AI Workflow Audit costs IDR 6M and runs 1 to 2 weeks. It rates which workflow suits AI. AI Implementation Roadmap costs IDR 15M and runs 2 to 4 weeks. It sets the order and the schedule for 30 to 90 days. AI Agent Ops Install costs IDR 7.5 to 25M and runs 1 to 2 weeks. It installs your first agent.
Does the roadmap include code?
No. AI Implementation Roadmap sets the decisions, the order, and the schedule for your AI rollout. It does not write code and does not install a system. Code writing and installation run in the next stage, for example AI Agent Ops Install. The roadmap gives you a written base before your technical team starts work.
Must I run an audit before the roadmap?
No, not always. You can start directly when you already have a problem list and a time estimate for each process. When you do not have both, week 1 of the roadmap takes longer to collect that data. In some cases, we recommend AI Workflow Audit first, before the roadmap.
Who must take part and for how many hours?
2 roles take part. The decision owner spends about 3 hours: 1 interview in week 1 and the presentation in week 4. Each workflow owner spends about 1 hour for 1 interview. This time keeps the roadmap moving without disrupting the daily work of your team.
What does the governance baseline contain?
The governance baseline has 4 parts. First, the data limits for what may enter an AI system. Second, the list of actions that must wait for human approval before they run. Third, the activity log required for each agent action. Fourth, the name of the owner who may change these limits later.
How much does the roadmap cost and what is included?
AI Implementation Roadmap has a fixed price of IDR 15M. This covers the 30 to 90 day roadmap, a quick-win list, a resource plan, a data plan, and a governance baseline. It also covers a cost estimate per stage from the current catalogue, and 1 presentation for management. It does not cover code writing or system installation.
What if management rejects part of the plan?
The price already covers 1 correction round after the management presentation. When management rejects part of the plan, we mark that block as on hold with the reason, instead of deleting it. This keeps a written decision trail, so your team can reopen that block on a later roadmap if conditions change.
How do I start the roadmap?
Send your audit result or problem list, a cost estimate, your target start date, and the name of the decision owner. We reply within 24 working hours with a week 1 interview schedule and a written offer of IDR 15M. Use the Send your brief or Book a free consultation button on this page.
