// problems we solve
Problems we often find.
Your ad report shows leads, but your sales record does not match.
We match your events, forms, and sales record from the last 30 days. We mark the exact point where the count breaks.
One order counts twice, or does not count at all.
We test each Pixel and CAPI pair, the event_id, and the 48-hour window on every key event.
Your lead source reads "direct" or "unknown".
We check UTM tags on every ad, WhatsApp button, and form. We write down the pattern you are missing.
You want to raise ad spend, but you do not know which ad earns it.
You get a data-gap list and a repair order before you raise spend.

Ground rules
- Revision: you get 1 correction round on the report within 7 working days after we send it, at no extra cost.
- Reschedule and cancellation: the audit starts once access is complete. We move the schedule at no cost if access runs late. Cancellation before day 1 carries no fee.
- Data and access ownership: the report and the data stay yours. We use read-only access, and we remove that access after handover.
- Warranty limit: the audit finds and ranks data gaps. The audit does not guarantee ad results or sales.

GA4 keeps event data for a standard property for 2 months or 14 months, as set in data retention. Data you do not review before that limit leaves the exploration reports.

FAQ
What is Data Health Audit and what does it cost?
Data Health Audit is an ad-tracking audit from Rama Digital. We check GA4, Pixel, CAPI, UTM, and events on your site and ad accounts for 1 week. You get a data-gap list and a repair priority order, not a new tool install. The fixed price is IDR 5M, paid once we agree the schedule.
What is the difference between Data Health Audit and Attribution Bridge?
Data Health Audit only reports the gaps in your GA4, Pixel, CAPI, and UTM setup within 1 week, at a fixed IDR 5M. Attribution Bridge installs the repair and an ROI dashboard, over 2 to 4 weeks, from IDR 9M. You can start with the audit, then move to Attribution Bridge once repair work is needed.
Who needs to join, and what access should I prepare?
One person from your team who holds the account access should join while the audit runs. Prepare access to the ad account, the site, and the sales report, plus a list of the pages and forms that receive buyers. We use read-only access, and we remove it once the report is done.
How long does the audit take?
The audit runs for 1 week once we receive full data access. On day 1 we collect access. From day 2 to 4 we test events and match the ad report against sales. From day 5 to 7 we send the gap list and hold 1 45-minute call on the next step.
What does the IDR 5M price include?
The IDR 5M price covers a GA4, Pixel, CAPI, and UTM audit on 1 site and 1 ad account per platform. It includes event tests from click to sales record, an event map, a priority data-gap list, and 1 45-minute review call. Ad spend and third-party tool fees stay separate.
Does the audit repair tracking right away?
No. Data Health Audit produces a data-gap list and a priority order, not an immediate repair. If you want that gap repaired, the next step is Attribution Bridge, which installs the data path and an ROI dashboard. You may also use the gap list to repair tracking with your own team.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel at no cost before the audit starts on day 1. If your data access runs late, we move the audit schedule at no extra cost. We start counting the 1-week audit only once every access we asked for is complete and ready for us to use.
Why can 1 order count twice on Meta?
Meta merges a Pixel event and a server event only when the event_id and event name match, and both arrive within 48 hours. Outside that window, 1 order counts as 2 separate events. Our audit tests each Pixel and CAPI pair on every key event to find this kind of duplicate.
What happens if the audit finds my data is already healthy?
We still send a written report that states which parts already work, with test evidence for each event. You get a written basis to raise ad spend with more confidence, and you avoid paying for a repair you do not need.
I do not advertise yet. Where should I start?
Data Health Audit suits a business that already runs ads and keeps its own sales record. If you have no live page and no running ads yet, start with Digital Marketing Setup instead. That service installs the landing page, tracking, and campaign from the start within 2 to 3 weeks.
