30-day Apprenticeship: plan, build, test, deploy to a live app with 1-on-1 sessions
// problems we solve
Problems we often find.
You tried an AI coding agent. The first prototype came fast. Feature 2 and feature 3 stalled.
Week 1 sets the scope, the acceptance criteria, and the architecture. The agent works from a spec, not from 1 prompt.
AI-generated code looks correct. You spend more time on debugging than on writing code yourself.
Each feature follows a spec, task, test, and review flow. The mentor checks your decisions, not only the result.
Your application runs on your laptop. It has no backup, log, or secret management yet.
Week 4 covers deployment: environment, secrets, backup, log, and handover documentation. The application goes live in your own account.
A large online class teaches general material. That material does not solve your own project problem.
This program trains 1 participant on 1 application with 1 mentor. The material follows your application, not a general syllabus.

Plan
You and your mentor write the scope, the acceptance criteria, and the architecture. The mentor sets project rules for your coding agent.
Output: A scope and acceptance-criteria document, plus a repository with an initial structure.Build
You build the core feature with your coding agent. The mentor reviews your code and decisions in scheduled 1-on-1 sessions.
Output: The core feature runs in the development environment, with mentor review notes.Test and review
You write tests for each acceptance criterion. You fix review findings, then clean up secrets, logs, and backups.
Output: Passing tests for each acceptance criterion, and a closed list of review findings.Deploy and handover
You release the application on your own server account. You write documentation, then close the program with 1 final review.
Output: A released application, full documentation, and notes on the next steps.// what you get
A clear scope. Useful handover.

Ground rules
- Revision: you can revise the scope once, in week 1. Later changes go on the next-steps list.
- Reschedule: you can reschedule 1 session with 1 working day of notice. The program still runs for 30 calendar days.
- Ownership: the code, repository, and server account belong to you. The mentor keeps no copy after the program ends.
- Warranty limit: we guarantee the scheduled guidance. The application goes live when you keep the agreed study time.
What we guarantee

Good fit for
- You are a programmer who knows coding, Git, APIs, and databases.
- You want 1 real application finished and released.
- You want 1-on-1 guidance, not a large class.
Not a fit for
- You have never written code. Choose AI Training for Company Teams.
- You want us to build the application. Choose Web Application Development.
What you prepare
- 1 application idea with a clear goal.
- Fixed study time for 30 days.
- Your own computer and internet access.
What the price excludes
- Server, domain, and tool subscription fees.
How it differs: Web Application Development builds the application for you, while Private AI Software Engineering Apprenticeship trains you to build it.

Terms we use.
- Apprenticeship
- An apprenticeship is guided, real work. The participant builds the application, and the mentor reviews decisions and code in scheduled sessions.
- Acceptance criteria
- Acceptance criteria are the conditions a feature must pass, proven by a test, before the team marks it done.
- API
- An API is the official door 2 systems use to send data to each other, without a person copying data by hand. In this program, you write the API for your own application, and your mentor reviews its design. See in the glossary

- An AI agent is an AI program that runs a work step on its own, inside limits you set. For example, it writes code from a spec. See in the glossary
FAQ
What is the Private AI Software Engineering Apprenticeship?
The Private AI Software Engineering Apprenticeship is 30 days of 1-on-1 guidance. You build 1 real application with a coding agent, from scope to deployment. Your mentor reviews your decisions and code in each scheduled session. The fixed price is IDR 50M for 1 participant and 1 application. Server, domain, and tool fees stay separate.
Is this a bootcamp or an online class?
No. A bootcamp or an online class teaches 1 curriculum to many participants at once. This program trains 1 participant on 1 application, with 1 mentor in each session. The material follows your own application, not a general syllabus. You work with a coding agent under project rules that you and your mentor set in week 1.
Who is a good fit, and what skill level do participants need?
This program fits programmers who already know coding, Git, APIs, and databases: freelancers, IT staff, or technical founders. You need 1 clear application idea, fixed study time for 30 days, and your own computer. If you have never written code, choose AI Training for Company Teams as your first step instead.
How many hours of guidance run each week?
The hours are not fixed for every participant. You and your mentor write the session schedule in week 1, based on your application and your study time. Sessions run every week for the 30-day program. You can reschedule 1 session by telling your mentor 1 working day in advance.
What kind of application can I build in 30 days?
A web application with 1 core workflow: an API, a database, and pages for users or admins. Examples include an internal tool, a simple dashboard, or a service with 1 main function. You and your mentor set the scope in week 1 to fit the 30-day program. A larger application with many modules usually needs Web Application Development instead.
Who owns the code and the application after the program?
You do. The code, repository, and server account belong to you from day 1 of the program. Your mentor works inside your repository, not a repository of ours. After the program ends, your mentor keeps no copy of the code or access to your server account. You receive handover documentation so you can maintain the application yourself.
Are server, domain, and AI tool costs included?
No. The IDR 50M price covers guidance, review, and documentation for 30 days. Server, domain, and AI coding tool subscription fees stay separate, based on your own choice. Third-party API licenses that your application uses also stay separate. We help you pick tools that fit your budget in week 1.
What happens if the application is not live by day 30?
We guarantee the scheduled guidance, not a fixed release date. When you keep the agreed study time, the application usually goes live on day 30. If a session slips on your side, your mentor writes the remaining steps and open work in the handover documentation. You can then finish the release yourself.
How does this differ from Web Application Development?
The difference is who builds the application. Web Application Development: our team builds your application, from architecture to deployment. Private AI Software Engineering Apprenticeship: you build the application yourself, with a mentor who reviews your decisions and code. Choose Web Application Development when you want a finished result. Choose this apprenticeship when you want to learn while you build a real application.
How do I apply, and when does the program start?
