What do I receive?

Every package ends with a handover session, so your team understands each change.
Who owns the code and repository after the project?
You stay the owner of the code, the repository, and every access right during and after the project. We work on your repository or an approved working copy, with access rights that stay logged and limited to the working team. We do not keep a private copy outside the agreed scope. After handover, you receive full access back, a change log, and a list of accounts to rotate or revoke.
What happens if the audit finds the app not worth repairing?
A forensic audit sometimes finds a foundation too fragile to repair safely, for example broken data structures or outdated dependencies. The report states that reason in clear terms, backed by evidence from the checked code and data. We recommend a Guided Rebuild for that case, with a scope that keeps your old data usable. You still decide the next step; the audit only states the real condition and the choices open to you.
What are the revision and cancellation rules?
Every package includes 1 revision round on the report or the delivered work, within the scope agreed at the start. A revision outside that scope needs a separate offer. Cancellation before work starts costs nothing. Cancellation after work starts follows the progress already completed, and we write that detail in the offer. You can ask to reschedule the start date over WhatsApp, at least 2 days before the agreed date.
