Contrast and readability
WCAG 2.2 asks for a text contrast of at least 4.5 to 1 for normal text. Thin text over a busy photo fails that threshold. Add a dark layer or a solid box behind the text.

How to stay consistent without a full-time designer
- Build three templates: announcement, explanation, and work evidence.
- Lock the logo and headline position inside those templates.
- Keep the colour codes and font names in one short document.
- Export every ratio from the same master file.
Questions and answers
Must colours match the logo exactly? The main colour must match. An accent colour may differ as long as its contrast meets the readability threshold.
How many templates do I need? Three templates cover most needs. Add more once you find a need that repeats.
How do I keep asset sizes correct? Record the ratio in the content calendar before production. Read the image size guide for each platform.
