Questions and answers
Can one person do all of it? Yes, for one account with three posts a week. The load grows heavy once accounts multiply or inbound messages rise.
How many posts per week are sensible? Pick a volume you can hold for 3 months. Three steady posts beat ten posts for two weeks and then silence.
Do replies need approval? They do for sensitive topics, prices, and complaints. Prepare standard answers for the questions that repeat.
