|---|---|
| Non-follower reach | Shows first contact with new people. |
| Sends per reach | Shows content people share on their own. |
| New inbound messages | Shows conversations that can become orders. |

Signals to watch
- A promise of a follower count within a fixed time.
- Accounts created under the vendor name, not your business name.
- Reports that hold only screenshots with no comparison numbers.
- No reply time limit in the contract.
Questions and answers
How long before results appear? Reach changes become readable after 4 to 8 weeks. Order changes take longer, because they depend on the offer and the price.
Should the vendor hold the password? No. Grant access through a business manager with a limited role, so you can revoke it at any time.
What if results do not move? First check whether your offer and price fit the audience. Good content does not cover an offer that does not fit.
