Main condition: The Claude Startups expansion article states benefits up to USD 7,000: a year of Claude Team for up to 5 Premium seats, for companies new to Team, plus a one-time API credit of USD 1,000. The Claude Startups program page adds partner offers up to USD 45,000 and 45-minute office hours. The same page, on 10 October 2026, says the Team and USD 1,000 offers are over capacity.

Limit: USD 7,000 and USD 45,000 are formulas in Anthropic's footnotes. Neither is a transfer into Konektor's bank account. The welcome screen does not state the seat count or the balance.

These documents were read on 10 October 2026. The sources are the Startup Program Official Terms (updated 22 May 2025), the Additional Benefits Addendum, the Claude Startups expansion article, and the Claude Startups program page. This piece is for you, the reader of that news. Below is what the gifts mean, and the terms many people skip.

The screen that makes a team smile

This good news has a company name on it. The Claude screen says PT Jembatan Data Amanah is in the program. The next sentence invites the member to build with Claude from day one.

Four gifts sit side by side. A year of Claude Team. API credits. Offers on tools for companies that build with AI. Time to ask the Anthropic team questions. The button on that screen reads Redeem your offers.

Konektor.id helps advertisers send conversionConversionThe action you count as a result, for example a paid order, a sign-up, or a chat that becomes a qualified buyer.Open the glossary signals from chats back to ad platforms. This news is about the company behind that product. Your Konektor account, price, and tracking stay as they are. What is new is Claude access for the company that builds the product.

Four numbers worth keeping

The smile stays. The numbers need a table. The Anthropic expansion article we read on 10 October 2026 details two Claude gifts. The program page details gifts from other companies.

Four Claude Startups gifts with the public USD 7,000 sum, and a note that the Konektor welcome screen omits the seat count.
(1) A Team year is up to 5 Premium seats for a company new to Team. (2) The one-time API credit is USD 1,000 on the first-party Claude API. (3) The Startup Stack cap is USD 45,000 from partners. (4) Office hours are 45 minutes. The green card is the public sum, not a Console balance.
What the Konektor screen namesWhat Anthropic states in publicWhat this article did not see

API creditsUSD 1,000, one time, through Claude ConsoleThe balance already posted
Tool offersStartup Stack up to USD 45,000 from partnersCodes already redeemed
Time to ask questions45-minute office hours, every 2 weeksA session already booked

The expansion article footnote builds USD 7,000 this way. Five Premium seats times USD 100 per month times 12 months equals USD 6,000. Add USD 1,000. The sum is USD 7,000. The real value follows the seat count and the seat type.

The second footnote builds USD 45,000 from partner list prices for every stack offer as of September 2026. A company may be unable to receive every offer, and may be unable to combine them. Credits are subject to the Supplemental Credit Terms. We did not find a public page for those credit terms on 10 October 2026, so this article does not state an expiry date for the program credit.

Two documents applicants skip

The welcome screen feels like a party. The contract lives at two URLs. The Startup Program Official Terms govern the program. The Additional Benefits Addendum governs the stack, office hours, and promotional credits. If they conflict on the additional benefits, the addendum wins for that conflict only.

The person who signs must have authority to bind the company. By applying or joining, the company accepts Anthropic's decisions. Acceptance sits with Anthropic alone.

Anthropic weighs business traction, investment, funding, and Claude integration and usage. That list is not closed. An application that fails the requirements can be treated as incomplete, then disqualified.

Selection runs on a rolling basis. Notice goes to the email on the form. Anthropic is not responsible when your email, address, or phone number changes. If they ask for an affidavit plus a publicity and liability release, return it within 14 calendar days. After that, the benefits can be forfeited.

Four gates before you press send

Many people send the form, then read the terms. A calmer order is this. Check the gates first. Send when all four pass.

Four applicant gates: company age, excluded places, authority to sign, and the over-capacity note on Team plus USD 1,000.
(1) The company was founded within 5 years, or funded within 2 years. (2) It is outside the places named in the 22 May 2025 terms. (3) The signer can bind the company. (4) The Team year and USD 1,000 are over capacity for new claims. A claim already in the account stays, and Anthropic may re-review status.

The Claude Startups expansion article opens the program to startups founded in the last 5 years, or funded in the last 2 years. Venture funding is not required. The Claude Startups program page says the program is open to bootstrapped, pre-seed, and venture-backed companies.

The 22 May 2025 terms close these places: Belarus, China, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Crimea, and the places the terms call the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic. You are out if the company is established there, operates there, or plans to make Anthropic services available to people located there. You are also out if law or export controls bar you from joining or from receiving funds and services.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Anthropic may not join. Their immediate families may not join either: spouse, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses, wherever they live. Members of the same household may not join. People connected with operating the program may not join. Benefits go to the account of the company named on the application.

On 10 October 2026, the Claude Startups program page says demand passed capacity for a year of Claude Team and USD 1,000 in API credits. If you already claimed the offer, the offer in the account does not change. Anthropic is reshaping the program and may re-review applications. The status of some applications may change. Existing members still get the Startup Stack, office hours, and events. If you are already on Max or Team, the monthly API credits stay available in Console as usual.

The review target is 1 week. Apply through Claude Console. An existing member does not reapply to redeem offers in Console. If your venture firm is in Anthropic's partner network, up to USD 100,000 in extra API credits can be claimed through that firm. That figure is not an automatic gift.

A year of Claude Team, and the work that year opens

The Claude Help Center, Team plan, read on 10 October 2026, sets prices for United States customers, before tax. Prices in other regions can differ. See the local price at claude.ai/upgrade. The Team plan requires at least 2 members and holds up to 150 seats.

A Standard seat costs USD 25 per member per month when billed monthly, or USD 20 when billed annually. A Premium seat costs USD 125 per month, or USD 100 when billed annually. The program gift uses an example of 5 Premium seats at the annual USD 100 price. The Konektor screen does not name the seat type.

A Standard seat includes 1.25 times the Pro plan per-session usage allowance. A Premium seat includes 6.25 times. The limit belongs to each member. One person who hits the limit does not stop the others. Claude Code, Cowork, shared projects, connectors, SSO, and central billing are on the Team plan in the Claude pricing table we read the same day.

For a company that is accepted, a year of Team puts its people in one Claude organization. They share projects. They use Claude Code from the same plan. Konektor uses that year to build its product. If you use Konektor, you still sign in with the same account.

Two API credits that stay apart

Do not add these two credits into one balance. The program credit is USD 1,000, one time, according to the expansion article. It is available when you are approved, so you can wire up the API, test ideas, and run early evals. The Claude Startups program page says Claude Startups credits apply to the first-party Claude API in Claude Console.

AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, and other third-party platforms do not use that credit. Members who receive program credits automatically get higher API rate limits. The program page does not state the multiplier.

The second credit is the monthly credit on Max and Team plans. The monthly API credits for Team and Max page states USD 20 per Standard seat and USD 100 per Premium seat. On Team, those credits pool, with a cap of USD 500 per month. New credits can be claimed after 7 days on an eligible plan. Leftover credit does not roll forward. This credit covers the Claude API, Managed Agents, the Agent SDK, and the playground. Claude Code and extra usage in the Claude apps are outside it.

The USD 1,000 credit is for trying the Claude API inside your own product. That request lives in Claude Console. Bedrock and Vertex sit outside this credit. The credit also does not replace ad spend.

The Startup Stack: up to USD 45,000 from someone else's desk

The addendum calls the stack discounts, credits, and promotions from partner companies. Anthropic displays the list and directs you to the partner page. Anthropic does not create, issue, fund, redeem, or guarantee the offer. Listing a partner is not a recommendation.

The partner's terms govern redemption. You contract with the partner. Read those terms before you redeem a code. Unless the partner says otherwise, each offer is redeemed once per member, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be sold or combined. Do not share, forward, or publish a code outside the company. Do not harvest codes with automation. Anthropic may close access and notify the partner when that rule is broken.

The list can change without notice. On 10 October 2026, the Claude Startups program page showed at least these 9 offers.

A company that is accepted redeems codes for tools it will actually use. Granola for meeting notes. Gamma for a deck. ElevenLabs for audio. The code stays inside the company that received it. The addendum also says the stack has no value for the damages cap.

Office hours, events, and listing help

Applied AI office hours are live 45-minute sessions for members, every 2 weeks. The registration link arrives by email and in the portal. The addendum gives examples: prompt optimization and architecture review. Anthropic does not promise a number of sessions. They may decline, change, or stop the office hours.

You may use the advice, including inside a product. The risk of that use stays with you. Anthropic materials, methods, and frameworks stay Anthropic's. Anthropic staff may use general know-how that remains in their memory. They serve many customers, and the same person may help another customer. Your secrets do not become a patent license.

The expansion article adds help with a Claude Marketplace listing. Members get help building a connector or plugin listing, then submitting it for review. A listing that goes live still waits for Anthropic approval. the Claude Cowork MCP article explains the connector path in Claude. Listing help is separate from a URL that is already live.

The program page also names events. Founder House San Francisco is listed for 6–8 October 2026. Event space is limited. There are also Founder Days, Builder Days, hackathons, meetups, streams, and a startup newsletter. That newsletter is Anthropic's channel. It is separate from the Rama Digital newsletter.

What the four Claude Startups gifts do for a company that just got in: a Team organization, one API test, partner codes, and one 45-minute question.
(1) The company sits in one Team organization. Usage limits are per person. (2) One test goes to the first-party Claude API. (3) Each partner code is redeemed once and stays inside the company. (4) One office hour lasts 45 minutes. The company keeps the decision. Marketplace help is separate from a live listing.

What the contract locks, in plain words

Anthropic may use your name and logo to identify you as a participant and a customer. You consider in good faith a request for an executive quote or joint marketing. Permission for the name and logo is already granted through the terms, except where law prohibits it.

Tax on API credits is the company's matter. Anthropic does not promise a tax treatment, and does not issue tax documents such as a 1099 unless the law requires one. If they ask for tax data and you do not provide it, the credits can be forfeited. This paragraph is not tax advice.

Anthropic may cancel, change, or stop the program. They may also correct a grant that was wrong because of a typing or system error. The terms ask you not to bring a claim from that cancellation, suspension, or change.

Benefits are provided as is. There is no promise of uninterrupted service, a specific result, or a match to your hopes. Anthropic's liability cap is the value of the program benefits granted, or USD 1,000, whichever is smaller. The cap does not apply to claims the law forbids limiting. The governing law is California law. The forum is San Francisco. To the extent the law allows, you waive the right to seek an injunction.

If you want to apply

The four steps below are for a startup that wants to try the same program. The Konektor news above stays news. The steps are for your turn.

Step 1: Check the company age and the place

Prepare the date the legal entity was founded. Prepare the funding date if the company is older than 5 years. One of those two windows must be open.

Match the operating places and the user places to the 22 May 2025 terms list. Stop if the company is established, operates, or plans to serve people in a closed place.

Confirm that the person who sends the form can bind the company named on it. Keep the authority record in the company file.

Step 2: Apply from Claude Console

Sign in to Claude Console. Complete the application. The Claude Startups program page places the apply action there.

Use an email someone still reads. The decision goes to that address. The reply target is 1 week. That target is not a promise for one application.

On 10 October 2026, new claims for a year of Team and USD 1,000 are over capacity. Send if the other gates pass, and read the decision email as it arrives.

Step 3: Read the email, and keep 14 days ready

Open the email at the address you wrote on the form. Match the legal name to the name on the screen.

If Anthropic asks for an affidavit, the authorized person signs it and returns it within 14 calendar days. After that window, the benefits can be forfeited.

Save the email date and the deadline. Do not rely on memory.

Step 4: Redeem the benefits, and keep codes inside the company

Open the member portal. Record the Team offer, the API credit, and the stack codes in an internal note. Activate seats for the people who build the product, up to the count the portal shows.

Send one test request to the Claude API in Console. Book one office hour with one architecture question. Prepare a marketplace listing only when the product is ready for review.

Do not paste a code into a group, a post, or a harvesting script. One leaked code can close stack access.

If the welcome email comes to you

An email like the one Konektor received feels like a party. Read the legal name first. Then read the gifts. Open the portal after that.

Checklist if you want to apply

  1. The applicant keeps proof of the age window: a founding date within 5 years, or a funding date within 2 years.
  2. The signer keeps proof of authority to bind the company on the application.
  3. The email on the form is a box someone still reads. One person checks that box each workday until the decision arrives.
  4. If an affidavit is requested, the authorized person returns it within 14 calendar days and keeps a copy.
  5. The Owner keeps stack codes in an internal note. Codes do not enter a post, a public chat, or automation.
  6. The first API test uses Claude Console. The request id is stored in the same note.
  7. Stop if the legal name on the screen is wrong, if a code has left the company, or if the API test runs on Bedrock or Vertex.

Questions people ask

Does USD 7,000 land in Konektor's bank account? Not as a transfer. The expansion article builds USD 7,000 from 5 Premium seats for 12 months at USD 100 per seat per month, plus a USD 1,000 API credit. The value in the account follows the seat count. The Konektor welcome screen does not state the seat count.

Can the program credit be used on AWS Bedrock? No. The Claude Startups program page limits Claude Startups credits to the first-party Claude API in Claude Console. Bedrock, Vertex AI, and other third-party platforms sit outside that credit.

Can a startup with no venture funding apply? Yes. The program page opens the program to bootstrapped, pre-seed, and venture-backed companies. A venture firm in the partner network can open a path to USD 100,000 in extra credits, claimed through that firm.

What does a re-review mean for someone already accepted? On 10 October 2026, Anthropic wrote that a claim already taken does not change, and that the status of some applications may change. Existing members still receive the stack, office hours, and events. That sentence applies to applications in general, including a company that has already seen the welcome screen.

Can a Startup Stack code be sent to a group chat? No. The addendum prohibits sharing, forwarding, or publishing a code outside the company. A breach can close access, and Anthropic may notify the partner.

How long is an office hour, and who decides? The live session lasts 45 minutes, every 2 weeks. You may use the advice. Product, system, and architecture decisions stay with your company. Anthropic may decline a session.

Next step

The Konektor news is worth reading because the name is on the screen, and because the program terms now sit on one page. AI Training for Companies trains a team to use AI with usage rules and result checks. book a scoping session when you want to lock who signs, the age window, and one API test before you apply.
