Agentic AI, senior and vocational: teacher directs the agent, students build portfolios
// problems we solve
Problems we often find.
Students use AI for tasks, but the results look the same and show no process to grade.
Run an agent project per class group. Students design an agent for 1 real task, write its limits, test it, and present it. A rubric grades the process and the result.
SMK teachers want material that fits the study track, not generic examples.
Use a case from the study field: a product-catalogue assistant for business, a schedule assistant for hospitality, or a documentation assistant for software engineering. The school picks 2 cases.
The school has no written rule yet for student accounts and data, ages 15 to 18.
Write the rule. The school manages student accounts, and a parent or guardian consents for students under 18. No personal data about friends or family enters the agent.
Teachers have never built an agent, so they doubt they can guide students.
Teachers train first, on day 1. Students start on day 2. Teachers hold the rubric and the project answer key.

Phase E outcomes for senior secondary ask students to apply prompt engineering to generative AI and evaluate AI content. Students also learn AI system design through design thinking. In vocational schools, Phase E ties prompt engineering to project plans and products of the field. Phase F asks students to realise an AI product for their field.

FAQ
What is Agentic AI Training for Senior Secondary and Vocational Schools?
This program trains teachers and students to build a simple agent for 1 class project. Teachers train on day 1, students build the project on day 2, and a process-and-result rubric grades the work. The price starts at IDR 4.5M. SMK schools can use a case from their study field.
Do students build the agent themselves?
Yes. On day 2, each student group designs an agent for 1 real task, writes its limits, and tests it with 5 cases before a presentation. Teachers guide the groups, and each teacher already built 1 sample agent on day 1, so teachers can answer technical questions while students work.
Can SMK schools use a case from their study track?
Yes. The SMK school picks 2 cases from its study field before the training day. Examples include a product-catalogue assistant for business, a schedule assistant for hospitality, or a documentation assistant for software engineering. Student groups turn the case into their day-2 project, and teachers grade it with the same rubric.
How do teachers grade a student's agent project?
Teachers use the process-and-result rubric written on day 1. The rubric grades how the group designs and tests the agent, and the quality of the result the agent gives on the real task. Teachers hold the rubric and the answer key, so grading stays consistent across every group in a class.
Which tools do you use, and do we need a paid account?
We use AI tools the school already has, and the trainer fits the plan to those tools. Some tools offer a free account for a class, and some need a paid subscription. The subscription fee for an AI tool stays separate from the training price.
How do you protect the data of senior secondary and SMK students?
The school manages student accounts. No student uses a personal account for the project. Law 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection requires a parent or guardian to consent before we process a child's personal data, for students under 18. No personal data about a friend or family member enters the agent students build.
How many teachers and students join, and how long does the program run?
The teacher and student count follows your training room capacity, and we fit the agenda once we have the participant count and class groups. The base program runs 2 days, and the class project continues for 4 weeks. Your school provides laptops and internet access in the training room.
How much does the senior secondary and SMK program cost?
The price starts at IDR 4.5M for the base 2-day program: day 1 for teachers, day 2 for students. The price covers material, project cases, the rubric, and 4 weeks of written questions and answers. A longer scope follows a written offer. You get 1 revision round for the project case before the training day, and a free reschedule with 5 working days' notice.
What is the difference between this program and the university program?
This program uses senior-secondary and SMK tasks: a class project per group, with a study-field case for SMK students. The university program uses campus-level tasks: a research or course agent, with a written note on AI use in the student's academic work. Pick the program that matches your school level.
How does a senior secondary or SMK school start this program?
Send the teacher and student count, the study track for SMK schools, and your target date through the request form. We reply with a 2-day agenda and a written offer within 24 working hours. The school then picks 2 project cases before the training day starts, with no commitment at this stage.
